Today, we're sharing a product review about the BeNatu Essential Oil Set by Melissa Ochoa

Upon receiving these oils the first thing I noticed was the pleasant and adorable packaging. Contained inside the little colorfully printed box, were three small glass amber bottles of oil and a trifold pamphlet. The pamphlet was a nice addition to the box. Inside there were some interesting tidbits about each of these oils along with their uses and what oils blend well with each one. I found that to be very informative and helpful. As for the oils themselves, they were well sealed have a dropped top on them for easy dispensing.

The first one I wanted to try was the orange oil. I can tell you right now that this is a good quality oil by how potent and authentic that orange scent is. It immediately smelled as if someone had cut into a ripe juicy orange. In fact, the smell of this oil made my mouth water. I could not wait to use this oil in some of my balms. I next opened and smelled the grapefruit oil. Again this oil was very citrusy and authentic. I have had other grapefruit oils that just didn't have that invigorating scent you would expect from digging a spoon into a fresh grapefruit but this oil did. Both the orange and grapefruit oils were nearly indistinguishable in aroma from the actual fruit they were made from.

I lastly opened the Bergamot oil. This oil made me want to keep smelling it and I did not want to put it down. This one was so fresh and lemony, mildly floral and made me feel instantly relaxed. I went to work right away adding this to a stress blend salve. This oil blended very nicely with Shea butter and smells heavenly with a few other oils I had on hand. I put the grapefruit oil into my diffuser (which you fill only with water and a few drops of oil). I let this diffuse while I relaxed after a long day at work. It was quite refreshing and helped me de-stress for a while before the kids got home from school.

I mixed the orange oil with a hemp oil and made a great little massage or moisturizing oil. You should never put essential oils directly on your skin unless heavily diluted in water or a carrier oil. As per the pamphlet I also used the orange oil in water to mist a room as an air freshener. I found this was a nice way to add a very mild fresh scent to the house, but still prefer to use the diffuser.

Honestly, there are so many essential oils nowadays and it's hard to know which ones are good and which ones aren't. These were very impressive oils and they smell genuine and natural. I feel confident using these on myself and my family.
